SOROOR is an arabic term and means “happiness” but not the kind of happiness you feel when you find a coin on the road :)

It expresses a happiness and peace that you feel in the depths of your soul.

And that was what i felt when i first smelled “SOROOR” , and I could think of nothing but soroor as the name of this oil

“SOROOR” is maceration of one of our legendary ouds “oud said”&Deer musk&Ambergris.

I think most of you tried and know “oud said”,it is a codistillation of two Gyrinops verstegii from Sumbawa and Lombok,it has a unique character with leathery,tobacco and masculine notes,i didn’t want to touch its unique character too much and even i am in love with heavy animalics,i kept Deer musk ratio 15% and Ambergris ratio 10%.

My musk choice was a blend of siberian and mongolian musk

For ambergris, I realized that the white ambergris was much more compatible,bcz oud said also has an oceanic vibe in and decided to use it.

 Result is “SOROOR”
