There are many methods of obtaining essential oils, technically each method has its pros and cons compared to the other method, but there is no method that we can call the best method, the reason for each method is different needs.
Some products are very delicate and you cannot distill them, some products cannot be distilled due to their structure and the natural limits of the distillation process, for example, distillation cannot be obtained from saffron, here either maceration or tincture etc. derivative processes have to come into play, or samples such as vanilla etc. can be multiplied, the purpose of mentioning this is one It is to state that this method has both pros and cons compared to another method. Knowing which method will give more accurate results for which product requires experience and knowledge, for this reason, some of our products are extracted with CO2 extraction, that is, carbon dioxide, some are obtained by absolute, some by steam distillation, some by hydrodistillation
Some of our existing products are produced within mesOUD, and some of them are made or purchased by the best in their field in their homeland.
There are two main reasons why we do not produce all products in-house.
1) There are some products, usually flowers, they must be processed fresh as they are collected and their homeland is too far from our __cpLocation and transportation is not possible, we supply these products from their homeland.
2) There are some products , for example products such as patchouli and vetiver, are very light products and in order to produce 1 kilogram of oil, it is necessary to pay for the transportation of raw materials worth 10 kilograms of oil.so producing these kind of oils doent make sense
Many of the products outside the scope we have mentioned are produced within mesOUD.
