My pre-distillation process took 20 days and my distillation took 37 days, in this distillation, my aim was to consciously preserve the unique profile of maluku from start to finish and I think I succeeded.
People who don't have enough oud experience, or whose experience is limited to certain species, you would be hard pressed to convince them that this is oud, even if you swear to it, there will be many who will claim that this is an excellent perfume.

ANAS is an oil that deserves its price and much more, it is completely distilled from real incense grade chips, wood is both difficult to procure and a species that many people would hesitate to distill in terms of cost, because maluku wood is famous for its unique scent profile, but also for its low yield.
I got a low yield of 5 grams oil from 1 kilo of wood and this wood is sold on my website at $12 per gram retail, so I got 5 grams of oil from 1 kilo of wood worth $12000, of course as I mentioned this is the retail price,
When I calculate the costs of the oils I distill, I do my costing based on my wholesale purchase prices, both for fair pricing and to make it accessible to everyone who wants to meet with real art.
Otherwise, if I had taken my retail price as a basis, only the wood cost of 1 gram of oil would have been around $ 2400, which in my eyes is superior to many oils with this price tag.
Yes It's not a cheap oil, but it's certainly not an expensive oil, I've done my best and sacrificed a lot to make this oil accessible
The other thing is comparing apples to apples, if you have the right comparison criteria, you know that you have to compare ANAS to a diamond,because in my eyes, no Maluku oil of this caliber has been distilled yet.

Make your purchase decision knowing that this oil has just come out of the pot and is not even at 40% of its true potential, and if you do not have enough experience to appreciate a young oil, I do not recommend you to buy it and do not buy it.
